Responsibilities and functions

Directly reports to the general director; Organizes scientific lectures and excursions of museum tours, coordinates the work of department employees; Enters into contracts with the enterprise, organization, higher and secondary vocational education, keeps in constant contact with them, conducts scientific-educational and scientific-propagation work; develops thematic and generalized excursions together with scientific departments; Provides service to local, foreign groups and individual guests; keeps an account of the category of people entering the museum, the museum and the public and scientific-educational work report of the museum; Widely promotes the work of the museum in mass media; Organizes thematic and ceremonial meetings in the museum together with public organizations; Organizes personnel training and certification; works on issues of development of scientific and educational and public works on a large scale with new methods; Responsible for coordinating excursions in the museum-reserve system.
