Responsibilities and functions

Develops plans for the organization of exhibitions and ensures their implementation; It holds a mobile exhibition once every quarter; Determines the amount of necessary equipment for the exhibition and submits an application to the management. Collects exhibits for exhibitions and ensures their safe transportation and placement; Develops and ensures the implementation of the exhibition promotion and campaign plan; At the exhibition, he ensures that the culmination rises to the level of excitement, organizes excursions and lectures; Formalizes the handling of exhibits at the exhibition, makes signs; He is financially responsible for the exhibits placed at the exhibition; Keeps a report of the work performed in the prescribed manner and reports to the administration; Responsible for compliance with labor discipline, labor protection rules, safety equipment and fire protection rules by the employees of the department.
